After placing your order, you can either wait for us to contact you or reach out to us directly via WhatsApp with your order details. We will first review the design together, applying all your requests and adjustments. Production only begins after you give your final approval, ensuring 100% satisfaction for your special day.
2. Can I customize my invitation design?
Absolutely. Every invitation can be personalized to match your wedding theme. Customization options include:

Wax seal text options

We collaborate closely with you to ensure your vision comes to life and that every detail reflects your style.
3. Production and shipping times
Once your order is completed, we promptly finish the final processing and ship it. We work with one of the fastest courier services, FEDEX. Within Europe, delivery usually takes 1–2 days. For other countries, delivery typically takes 3–4 days. Shipping within Europe is completely FREE, while other international shipments are charged at the lowest possible rate.
4. Quality of invitations
We use only premium, high-quality paper for all invitations. Options include thick cardstock with a smooth or textured finish, ensuring a luxurious feel and elegant presentation. Our printing techniques—such as embossing, foil stamping, and high-resolution digital printing—guarantee that each invitation looks refined and professional. Every detail is carefully crafted to reflect the importance of your special day.
5. Returns and exchanges
As each invitation is custom-made, returns are generally not accepted. However:
If there is an error caused by us—such as a printing mistake or design flaw—we will reprint the item at no additional cost and ensure it is delivered to you promptly.
If a typo or mistake originates from the information provided by you, we can reprint and resend the item; however, additional charges may apply.
6. How do I care for my invitations?
To maintain the pristine quality of your invitations, store them in a cool, dry place and handle them with clean hands. Avoid exposure to moisture or direct sunlight to prevent fading or damage.
